Bishops Lodge, Santa Fe, NM - May 2006 This small fishing pond had received irreparable damage during a flood event in 2004. We dredged the existing lake, re-built the dam and shorelines, lined, plated, and gravel capped the lake bottom and installed an aeration system. Rip-rap was placed around the edges and a pedestrian pathway was constructed around the entire lake. Drainage concerns were alleviated by redirecting storm-water around the lake. Rainbow trout were stocked and now provide excellent fishing opportunities for both children and adults.
