Private Ranch, Galisteo, NM - October 2004

This lake near Galisteo, NM was renovated to provide irrigation for surrounding agriculture, including a vineyard. Volume of the lake was increased by increasing the depth from 11 feet to 14 feet, for a total of 6 acre-feet of storage. The lake was lined, plated, aerated and shorelines were protected with rip-rap.
