Lough Caddy, Bailey, CO - September 2004 This beautiful southern Colorado lake was renovated in 2004 to repair the existing dam, increase overall lake depth, create fishing points, install aeration and artificial habitat, and install fish emigration barriers. The newly constructed dam and portions of the shoreline were protected with rip-rap and the remainder of the lake was hydroseeded with native grasses.
