Huning Ranch, Los Lunas, NM - January 2006/2007

Huning Ranch is a beautiful subdivision in the foothills near Los Lunas, New Mexico. Due to its proximity to the foothills, the development is susceptible to damage from runoff, especially during the summer monsoons. ACI was contracted to construct a series of pit dams and check structures within the surrounding mountains that limit runoff and sedimentation in and around the subdivision. To date, this has been a 3-phase project, starting in November 2004, continuing into April 2005, and the latest phase finished in January 2007.
