Lake and Sport Fish Management - Greenwood Village, Colorado ACI completed a major renovation to this personal residence near Denver, CO. Our design team transformed the rolling grassland into an aquatic paradise, complete with three lakes, an active trout stream and impressive aquaduct waterfall. Once completed, our staff of biologists began managing the water resources to control aquatic vegetation growth and keep the water as clear as possible. Our client not only wants to keep the lakes clear for swimming and recreation, but also wants trophy fishing opportunities. The two larger lakes are stocked with rainbow trout and cutthroat trout, while the smallest lake is being managed for bass and bluegill. Specially designed aeration and recirculating systems help to maintain the health of the lakes and streams, and prevent fish kills due to ice cover in winter. Our monthly management service ensures that the aesthetic values and mechanical operation of this unique system remain at the highest possible level. |
