Lake Management - Sydney, Nebraska Our client near Sydney, NE wanted a cold water lake to go along with his already existing warm water lake. Renovation of the existing lake included dredging, lining and plating, and finish grading. Construction of the new lake included excavation, sub-base preparation, lining, plating, final grading, and shoreline protection. Both lakes featured artificial fish habitat and aeration systems, as well as extensive water works. Our biology team managed the warm-water lake for bluegill and trophy largemouth bass. The cold water lake was managed for large rainbow trout. ACI biologists also monitored the lakes monthly to maintain aesthetics, monitor water quality, and ensure proper growth of the sport fish in these lakes. |
