Staff

At Aquatic Consultants Inc., we attribute our success to the quality of our staff. We provide unparalleled service by staffing our company with the most experienced team of lake construction professionals and private fisheries biologists in the western United States. Please take a moment to review the qualifications of our principals and you will see that experience does make a difference.

Paul Cassidy

Founder and President

Paul’s passion for water and fishing is evident as soon as you walk into his office. Trophy size fish cover the walls and he’s got a unique story for each of his catches. Paul brings this passion and love for the sport to work each day, whether it involves fish or not. His eleven years of experience as the Northwest Area Fisheries Manager for the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish doesn’t hurt either. Paul’s influence and expertise shines through in each and every lake and stream built by ACI. Although Paul primarily takes on the marketing and client relations duties for the Company, there isn’t a design or proposal that goes out the door that doesn’t first get his stamp of approval.

Scott Bryan

Vice-President

Attention to detail. Ask anyone in the office about Scott’s most prominent trait and that is the answer you will get. He was a Supervisory Research Biologist for Arizona Game and Fish Department for 10 years before joining ACI in 2005. Although he enjoyed his time with Game and Fish, Scott realized that he wanted to focus his attention on both the resource and the people that benefit from it. To Scott, there is no better feeling than hearing from a satisfied Client. With his attention to detail, Scott handles the day-to-day operations of ACI, making sure that all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed so that each Client has the best possible experience with ACI. We even tap into his warm water fish expertise and sampling design knowledge from time-to-time, just to remind him that he’s still a fisheries biologist at heart.

Lisa Roeber

Office Manager

The best companies in the World go nowhere without a quality staff running the office. We feel that ACI has found the best of the best in Lisa Roeber. We lured Lisa away from North Carolina in 2006 and she brought that good ‘ol southern charm with her. Lisa keeps all of us heading in the right direction, manages the office, and helps maintain relationships with all of our clients. When you call or stop by ACI and meet Lisa, we’re sure you’ll agree that she is a big reason for our success.

Express Ranch, New Mexico was one of the first to sign a contract with Aquatic Consultants for fish biology services. We believe it was a good decision then and after several years of services we still think it was a good decision.
